Equality Objectives 2020-2024

  1. Increase achievement rates for male apprentices to within 2% of female achievement rates
  2. Reduce the achievement gap between students with a disclosed disability and those without a disability to a maximum of 5% annually
  3. Reduce the achievement gap between students eligible for free school means and all other students to within 2% annually
  4. Reduce the achievement gap between students who are classed as looked-after or care leavers to a maximum of 5% annually
  5. Increase the number of adults who achieve a basic skill in maths or English to within 10% of benchmark
